After a 17 year battle with bondage to an eating disorder, I found freedom through vulnerability at a point in my life where I was tired of being sick and tired and tired of living a double life. I decided to really trust God, share my secret, and go after healing. He set me completely free of every thought towards food and healed my identity which was so heavily distorted from years of lies about myself that I believed and even lies about God and his love for me. I have seen this freedom in so many when they choose to allow God to work and transform their mind. This site is meant to be a collection of testimonies and resources to help others walk in freedom daily and experience the life God desires for us to live.
